Dolphin Mall

Dolphin Mall is Miami’s largest outlet shopping and entertainment destination—covering hundreds of brands, dining slots, events, and leisure experiences. Their challenge: turn that massive scale into a digital presence where users can actually find what they’re after, feel excited to visit, and engage before, during, and after their trip.

For this project, I focused on bridging the physical and digital. The site needed to support browsing stores (by brand, category, mall areas), events and promotions, maps, dining, and visitor info—with an ease comparable to walking through the mall itself. I organized the site hierarchy and navigation so users could quickly search brands, filter by product type, view upcoming deals, and get location details (hours, directions, parking). I also emphasized storytelling around events, seasonal promotions, and the experience itself—so the site doesn’t just show stores, it sells the visit.

The result is a more engaging, usable site that helps users plan visits, discover new brands or promotions, and interact with the mall digitally. Visitors can explore stores, find special offerings, navigate the property more confidently, and feel more connected to Dolphin Mall before they even arrive.
