Package Free Shop is an eco-friendly retail brand focused on reducing waste and offering sustainable home, beauty, and personal care products. Their audience wants transparency—not just in products, but in how those products are presented, shipped, and supported.

For this project, I worked to create an online experience that communicates trust, sustainability, and simplicity. My goal was to streamline product discovery (cleaning & laundry, “on the go”, beauty & body, etc.), make the subscription/offers features obvious, and ensure the site reflected the brand’s climate-conscious values—not just in its product tags, but in messaging, packaging info, and calls to action.

The result is a website that feels clean, honest, and easy to navigate. Users can quickly find zero-waste kits, best-sellers, or sustainable swaps. Signs of impact like “subscribe & save,” “backyard compostable packaging,” and community prompts (e.g. #PackageFreeShop) are woven throughout. The updated experience supports both new customers exploring sustainability and returning ones seeking transparency, all while keeping friction low and trust high.
